Broach Handle
The new low-profile Broach Handle has 1/2 inch less material on the medial
side than the previous Smith & Nephew handle. This reduction in material
keeps the broach away from soft tissue.

Offset Reflection Positioner/Impactor
Impingement with the skin and soft tissues can cause malalignment of the
cup. With the design of the Offset Reflection Impactor, cup insertion
can be done without impinging on the skin, femur, and soft tissues.

Femoral Elevator
The femoral elevator, placed below the neck, delivers the femur from the
wound. This elevator allows easy reaming and broaching, while protecting
the soft tissue.

Incision Finder
The incision finder makes the incision reproducible for each case. All
the surgeon needs to do is find the tip of the greater trochanter and
the neutral axis of the femur. Once they have been located, it is as simple
as placing the finder on the hip and making the incision.

Extended Charnley Retractor
We have extended the Charnley retractor and added more hole options. This
modification permits easier hands-free retraction.

Medium Hohmann
Positioned on the anterior superior side of the acetabulum, the medium
Hohmann protects soft tissue and provides exposure of the acetabulum.

Narrow Cobra
The Cobra is narrow to fit through a small incision and allow visualization.
It is placed under the femoral neck to prepare for the osteotomy. It also
assists in keeping the femur out of the way to prepare the acetabulum.

Left and Right Acetabular Retractors*
Placed on the inferior posterior side of the acetabulum, the left
and right retractors sweep away soft tissue from the rim and allow excellent
visualization of the acetabulum.
